I chose to explore Bubbl.Us and Gliffy I found a significant difference between them, besides the fact that one is a flow chart and the other a mind map. Flow charts are mainly used to show the flow of something. It takes you through steps of a project or activity. Mind maps on the other hand, are simply that. They are thoughts that are written and put into groups. This is mainly used to help writers create ideas for books. Bubbl.Us was a great way to brainstorm ideas. For a student, this could be used to write a story for literature class. Or create a newspaper entry. It is an easy way to help a student get started on this kind of project.
