I chose to explore Google Desktop. Because I have a Google Account everything I do can be sync together and even put on my phone for easy access. Google Desktop was easy to use and the tools are very useful. It will not be my homepage unfortunately, because facebook is, but I do tend to rearrange my widgets often. I especially enjoyed the calendar tool. It makes my life so much more organized. I take my computer just about everywhere I go. The calendar makes it easier to keep my life in check. I think that the to-do lists could be used in schools. If a student can write out his or her own things to do for the day or week, then they will be more inclined to get their own responsibilities done. It shows them visually what they need to get done and gives them the opportunity to erase and mark out what they have already completed.
